After the articles in the Wake of Normandy and Paris Thursday, August 20, 2009 following the construction of the mast measuring
it does little doubt that the company and the E3 municipality want to accelerate the pace and push through
. Our Association remains vigilant and active, you can be certain. Meanwhile, we broaden the debate. Bosc-le-Hard is unfortunately only the more general picture of the greed of industrial energy and blindness of the chosen few. Some like the others are sometimes willing to sacrifice what is most precious to the people. Promoters will stop at nothing here or elsewhere to impose their machines to the detriment of the landscape, some of the most remarkable natural and human heritage. Hard to believe it is possible to consider building wind turbines in the bay of Mont Saint-Michel ! This seems to be the case in the following story http://sos-montsaintmichel.info . A list of threatened landscapes are also splendid views and yet maintained of urbanization and industry like the Mont-Gerbier-of-Reeds in the Massif Central, at whose feet the Loire has its source ...
Again, we must call things by their name: it is a veritable rampage! Through these revealing 2 cases, we see how the supposed safeguards promised by the impact on landscape, biodiversity, noise measurements, public inquiries etc.. are only "wind" designed to lull citizens. All boundaries can be crossed, if people do not mobilize.
Now everyone will understand that the we can not declare a sincere supporter of environmental protection and into the arms of greedy industrialists to feel good , while continuing to charge his phone 4th generation mobile with GPS and internet ... It is urgent to break this hypocrisy only serves the economic, financial and electoral far removed from the ecology!
No summer break on the back of the wind! After 528 signatures against the project construction of wind turbines, after numerous letters, meetings, and meetings with the municipality member and the deputy prefect, after the close of the public inquiry, which appear in the specifications against the project company E3 of Bolhardais We have expressed their amazement at rise measurement tower on the plain of Street Villaine.
Things will move fast, we have always said, despite the misleading statements and falsely reassuring ; especially despite the promise of Mrs. Bivins, reiterated at a press conference to withdraw the project if 400 signatures were collected on our petition. Then, "There will be no wind to Bosc-le-Hard" has launched such. Of course, we can expect to see out the old song - well worn - the municipality, "What do you worry? This is a project ..." or "This is the prefect decides ...".
Such a lack of speech is unbecoming of elected , which, remember the do not have as much right to do what they want. They are confident their project is one thing, the lead against the advice of the people is simply outrageous! Everyone will understand, the favorable votes ZDE by the municipal councils and community and its validation by the prefect, the adoption of the amendment of the POS by the City Council in July, the issuance of building permits the measurement tower and its elevation would be only steps a draft of draft-qui-ne-see-perhaps never-to-day! As the mast measuring the Mayor, met today tells us it is simply not up to date! Soon, we shall be told that the municipality has nothing to do!
But who we kidding? If a majority of Today, the feeling of having been duped, manipulated, and anger predominate. In the emergency that this article was written, proof that our association ensures the defense of Bolhardais. Enclosed are two letters written by the president of our association: one addressed to the prefect, the other to the Mayor. Until you know the sequence of events.

v. Common Bosc Hard
Mr. Deputy Prefect
I have the honor to address you in
As part of the association that I am authorized to preside.
As of July 1
2009 M
. RENAUD, received a delegation from our association in order to express the grievances of 528 signatories to our petition opposed to the construction of wind turbines in our community. We details so that the wearer of the project was Sté E
3, based in Little Quevilly -76140.
The conversation was very courteous and informative. Thus, it appeared that day, you did not seem to have evidence in the record of the construction of these turbines in our community.
On 26 June 2009, the Mayor of the Hard Bosc, allows a prior declaration for the
Sté E
3 for building a pole position, pole position would be installed in plain Augeville to Bosc Hard, operation seems there prior to all provisions of constructing industrial wind turbines.
At that time, the Sté E 3 place in the field of ZDE, limits thereof, a billboard stating that the use of the applicable third party in this area is two months (2) from the date of June 26, 2009.
On August 12, 2009, the measurement tower is located in the plain of Augeville.
You will find enclosed with this letter a copy of mail that I commissioned today at the Mayor of the commune of the Bosc Hard.
Thus far, the
measurement tower is built so that the use of third party is not removed. This constitutes a breach of planning regulations, and deprivation of the rights of citizens to oppose their action.
It is unacceptable that in our republic, of such actions lead to deprivation of rights under the law.
The Wind Turns The association has always sought to respect and to act in the spirit of tolerance that characterized his line of conduct, while promoting the affirmation of one's faith, but from events like this, it can not guarantee that spirit of tolerance.
It seems that in this case, many companies are too easy for the developer. The association will indicate on its defenders, its intention to resort to this.
It seemed necessary to let you know.
In anticipation of our trade and without prejudice to the follow-up to this situation, I beg you to believe in Mr. Reeve in the Insurance respectful of our highest consideration.
President

Madam Mayor,
As of June 26, 2009, You authorize a prior declaration to build a meteorological mast on the territory of our municipality, under the wind project.
Tonight, August 11, 2009 at 18:30, the villagers interest me because the measurement tower is being built on the plain of Augeville.
For myself moved immediately on the spot I see, in the presence of some people, that the measurement mast is mounted to a height of 6 m, it is partially guyed and workers continue construction.
After checking on the billboard installed in the boundary of the parcel involved in this building, we can read and I quote: "... that the use of third two months from the date of June 26, 2009 .... "
Unless I am mistaken, the deadline for the appeal period is carried to August 26, 2009.
Given the urgency and the opening hours of the town hall being overwhelmed, I took the liberty to meet you at your home. I apologize if I was able to cause your trouble.
So I could hear you telling me that you were not aware of this facility. Being a building 80m high made on the territory of your municipality, I am surprised at your comments.
hereby on behalf of the association the wind turns, I take exception to this position which tends to put people in your community with a fait accompli. I am surprised that you, as of 1 st
magistrate of our common shares of this kind should not be more controlled.
Moreover, and given the fact that action is a violation of the third, I ask you to intervene immediately and stop this construction. It goes without saying that all buildings, unauthorized should be systematically filed.
I ask you, respectfully, Madam Mayor, kindly keep me informed of your work and your position on this matter.
Pending your response, please accept the Mayor in the assurance of my respectful greetings .

PS: copy pictures to the number eight (8) taken August 11, 2009 on the ground,
this dossier is sent to Mr. Deputy Prefect of Seine Maritime .
This Friday, June 19, 2009, a meeting took place at our request to
City Hall, between 4 members of our association and wind Committee, chaired by the Mayor. To our question to know what were the reasons to accept the wind turbines on the territory of Bosc-le-hard, were put forward again the intentions of sustainable development: "think of our children" and "fight against nuclear power." We discussed, demonstrating how we think
wind projects of industrial size would not change anything at
as they worked out in a perspective of waste and energy consumption growth. In this scheme, sustainable development becomes an excuse to feel good, a selling point for manufacturers, an opportunity Economic developers wind, often linked to builders and operators of nuclear power - when they are not directly the same bands! One advantage to another. We also discussed the concerns of Bolhardais - coastal or not - on the impact of wind turbines, especially disruption they cause to their surroundings and the value of their heritage
. This must be heard and taken seriously. Bolhardais Many are already various nuisances and did not want to see their village
more industrialized.
Many fear for the value of their property without the arrival of the wind does not give them offset . We must not suspect them of selfishness. Selfishness would rather not take into account their concerns. Quickly, the arguments have changed course: it would this time take the opportunity to commune the business tax provided by wind turbines . Even if we sensed - for that is the main argument defended by so many elected officials involved in the projects of wind developers, and it is one we hear ourselves in the mouths of elected officials of our village and our ComCom - We're surprised. Not this argument was clearly to the public, in public or openly to our association . In contrast, when we met the Mayor in the past, it assured us that "business tax would not be as important as that for Bosc-le-Hard" and we could not quantify . Today is the clincher in a future Bosc-le-hard that we were portrayed on the verge of foundering and demographic associations. Blocking for municipal development? The indices of cavities that abound in the area. The issue deserves attention each, indeed. To our question "Why talk about it only now and not have clearly presented your plans in this area?", The Mayor we were told repeatedly that she intended to do, but the bad Proceedings of the March 11 meeting (see our previous article "voiceless" ) had prevented! And since she no longer wants to write anything, fearing that his words are interpreted and distorted! Here we are left speechless. If the municipality wanted to clearly communicate its arguments, it had the means to do ; evidence is a number of collector Bolhard'info that people will remember, in which, on 3 pages, the approach of our association has been blamed. lot to say about the difficulty of accepting contradictory voices e without some tempers by gestures or angry about, not having the habit of being contradicted. The debate is passionate, as we know, but we were coming on Friday to attack anyone. also regret to hear the echo of rumors and unwarranted accusations against our organization. We never claimed that malpractice had occurred around the project E3, our writings on this blog, our leaflets, and presentation that we made on February 20 testify. We never threatened anyone to sign our petition . Seriously, our two female representatives are not of the bouncers, nightclub, and have struggled to extract the 500 signatures collected to date! Consider, in the commission wind, such talk is not acceptable, we said. I we have the satisfaction to bring this voice, which is the 500 Bolhardais today. They are worried and must be heard. They are not reactionary, nor opposed any change, as it is too simple to believe. Like the members of our association, are not professional agitators. Asked to better use the energy we spend to oppose the wind project, we recall how forcefully many of us already are involved - or have invested in the past - in associations that drive our community. This criticism is unfair. We give you appointment Monday, June 22, 2009 at 20:15, mayor of Bosc-le-hard to give a few minutes before the meeting City Council, our petition - as authorized us to do the Mayor.
remains to know the decision of Council. remember from that day the commitment was made to deny the proposed installation of wind turbines on our common if 400 signatures were collected . A challenge after our request for a local referendum was rejected for legal inconsistency. Today it would be all too late for it reappears ...
