News of the 3 plains ...

So that concludes the public hearing related to the wind project Critot - Cottévrard - Bosc-Bérenger, a new fresh reinforces our friends of the association "Save the three plains" in their approach. Indeed, the City Council Bosc-Bérenger is in all likelihood reject the wind project to only 6 votes against 3 in favor. Something to give the lead sponsor in the pale ...

This decision demonstrates the lucidity of some elected officials who have resisted the bait of misleading financial returns for their county, as the various pressures whose promoters capable of exercising. They have shown interest as well as their common and well-living of their citizens imposed such a decision.

Without doubt they understood, informed by citizens' associations (see below the note appeared in the wake of this week, the intervention of Mr. Outurquin Association "Save the Three Plains" - he dissects particularly outrageous financial packages implemented by developers) that the ecological argument only served to lull the masses to better achieve financial interests far less disreputable.

A LVT, we want that information of this nature can inform elected officials, and guide them in their choice for the future of their territory and respect for people who live there.

Bosc Hard December 18, 2010,

I am writing in my capacity President of the association of environmental protection, in order to express my concern and that of our association called Le Vent Tourne located Hard to Bosc and registered in the prefecture as No. W76 100 22 95.
Indeed, our concern is based on the development of wind farms proximity and therefore the visibility will be totally realistic about the surrounding communities.

This project is part of a regional plan of course. Yet grenelle2 stresses the need to break with the urban sprawl territories.

A few miles from this project are many monuments. I no one will remember, that the Chapel Augeville. This site is one of the most emblematic sites of the Pays de Bray and more particularly on the Chapel Trail leading to Saint Jacques de Compostela.

It is illusory to believe that the visual impact of this wind project will have no impact on the landscape. Many politicians today in France, which attest to having been abused by developers photomontage.
The land base of this project altimetry is identical to the Village Augeville, as it is the same on the plain of the Hard Augeville Bosc.

France has comprehensive legislation that "recognizes the legal landscape as an essential component of life of populations, reflecting the diversity of their common heritage, cultural and natural and foundation of their identity. "

The law of 1976 on the protection of nature, defines among other things, the landscape as a common patrimony of the nation, the protection, enhancement, restoration, their readiness and management, is a general interest .

The law called "Landscapes", 1993, is the first law explicitly devoted to the protection and enhancement of landscapes. It reinforces the requirements for consideration of Landscape in planning documents.

The European Landscape Convention, which entered into force in July 2006, (Florence Convention) must be respected because it as law, but also because it confirms the need to face the commoditization and simplification of our spaces.

heritage is a local, regional and national question.

In this capacity and on behalf of the association I represent, Association Le Vent Tourne, which I warrant, I respectfully ask Commissioner Investigator, not give a favorable opinion on the wind project.

Attached to this request, the observation made by Mr Cormier, Bailiff in Rouen,
Stating opposition from 535 petitioners on Common Hard Bosc and the geographical scope of action of the association opposing this project .

The Grenelle 2 has validated the goal of 1.9 million megawatt onshore wind by 2020. This would correspond to an unaffordable estimated 40 billion scheduled for 1 9000 megawatts of this wind land.

therefore a rate increase from 20 to 4o%. Is estimated. It will be extended mechanically on some consumers are unable, to date, to pay their bills.

If the production of electricity by wind power does not seem to be abandoned, it seems necessary and urgent to establish the resulting costs and adapt to economic realities today.

In this perspective, a review of the objectives is required, it must pass such a reprogramming of offshore wind as land that offers no guarantee of sustainability in relation to its costs.

It would be nice to know the position of our elected local, state, regional and national issue of concern for the economic equilibrium of France.

Moreover, it is necessary to consider the uncontrolled stimulus projects on earth. Particularly with regard to revenues in both the departments and regions, like the proliferation of projects.

Far from any democratic rules, oddly, these questions remain unanswered.

As for the production of wind activity to date, if we know the% of wind energy production * (as of 16/12 ... a tiny 3.81% ) on the other hand period of 12 days, the wind power will provide only 2.33% of total energy, and just when we would have been needed most ...
